What is the Music History Club?
Hi, my name is Maxine, and I have been obsessed with music history for as long as I can remember!
With an eclectic music taste spanning all the genres, I post a weekly round-up every Sunday of historical music events from 10 years ago through to over 100 years ago. There will be album anniversaries, artist profiles, inspiring quotes, music facts and figures, and lots more.

Every Sunday morning, there’s a new Sunday round-up where I curate a summary of music releases and events that happened in music history for the week ahead along with a couple of deep-dives. There is also a selection of music-related quotes to inspire you from musicians celebrating birthdays in the up-coming week.
Round-ups are peppered with youtube videos for quick and easy access to the music discussed.
